Ryan’s Appreciation Day ~ Turkey &Goat Cheese Wrap
I chose today to be Ryan Appreciation Day~
I got up really early in the morning and made him a turkey and goat cheese wrap so he could eat it at school. When I handed him a brown bag that said “Ryan Appreciation Day” with a happy face on it, he was surprised and very thankful. Lately, he’s been extremely helpful in many ways. I said “thank you” each and every time, but I also wanted to show a little appreciation for all the things he does for me.
Here’s Today’s Recipe~
1 large flour tortilla
2 tablespoons seasoned goat cheese
1 cup baby greens
Turkey meat
1/2 Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
1/4 sliced avocado
sliced purple onion
Red bell pepper
Spread goat cheese over tortilla. Layer with lettuce, turkey meat, Swiss cheese, avocado, onion and red bell pepper.Fold sides of sheet over filling and starting with filled side and roll up tightly jelly-roll style.
He always love this wrap especially with goat cheese.

The strangest thing is that picture looks better than the real thing!
It’s scrumptious and delicious turkey wrap I’ve ever seen!
With mother’s love, it has to be good!
