If you grew up in Korea like I did in the 70s… you will remember the street food like these potatoes. As I cook them for my kids today, it reminded of my childhood …. I remember how good they looked whenever I saw them while walking home from school (Korea).

Last Saturday I bought a fresh papaya at Morgan Hill… Today,I made it into a tasty salsa dish. This salad like salsa goes really well with fish and chicken or by itself. There wasn’t enough Salmon to go around so I ate this salsa for dinner. The fresh cilantro from my garden and fresh lemon& orange juice gave a sweet and tangy taste to this papaya salsa. This salsa looks so pretty too~

After two hours of hard workout, we all drove down to Morgan Hill to eat some old-fashion hamburgers. These burgers were incredibly yummy. I had a craving again at night time!!! I was so busy eating these burgers, hot dogs, onion rings and fries…. I forgot to take pictures of food… :0 This restaurant belongs to my friend El’s mom, Mrs. Kim. She’s ever so nice….When you are in Morgan Hill, stop by this old fashion restaurant. Your tummy will be so happy, like ours.

Last week, we took our bikes to Coyote Creek Trail for the very first time. We first followed Garmin and it lead to a totally wrong place. With some driving we finally arrived at around mid part of the trail. Ryan covered 20 miles and so did hubby. I walked 3.5 miles and carried family’s water bottle. I realized that walking can be hard work! Sheena and Zachary rode 12 miles. Sadly,Sheena ran into a wire fence and got a deep cut on her arm. Sheena didn’t cry but I wanted to cry for her~

My brother Rocky made these yummy tacos for us when we were visiting mom and dad. He made them with beef strips rather than ground beef and it made a huge difference when I bit into it. These tacos were super duper good! I made these tacos for dinner tonight~ Boys loved them.
