It’s a Celebration Time!!
It was a celebration time for Susan last Sunday. She passed her RN test!! Hip Hip Hooray for Susan!
I demanded that my sister-in-law throw a party for Susan:D. I felt that Susan deserves a celebration after all that hard work. My sister-in-law, a great mother that she is, threw a wonderful party for her daughter and we were all invited.
Since hubby and I LOVE her food, we saved up our appetite by eating very little all day. Hahaha~
Most of her cousins came over to congratulate Susan 누나/언니…they were extremely happy for her. It was so nice to get together and celebrate Susan’s accomplishment. We all had an awesome time.
All these food were prepared by my sister-in-law …except for the desserts.
I really enjoyed baked salmon with asparagus.
Soba salad with shrimp
Her famouse 잡채 and 오징어 볶음. My brother bought some baked chicken from KFC.
This is 갈비찜. It was perfect~ tender and delicious.

Hubby really loved her egg rolls! There were also pork ribs, fried tofu and a veggie platter
Of course..Kimchi too!! Oh~ I miss all those yummy food already….
I baked some brownies and poppyseed bread. Christy baked some pumpkin bread.

Yes! The food was so good! I personally favorite was Salmon and asperagus!

Congratulations to nurse Susan!! Yes, many hours of sitting and studying will put few pounds in you but don’t worry you’ll burn it off soon enough!
