Kids’ Favorite Sauteed Potato / Kamja Bokkum

I’m posting our kids most favorite potato Bokkum. It’s very simple and easy to prepare but it makes a delicious side dish/banchan.  It often makes its way to kids’ lunch boxes as well.  Since the kids love it so much, I often cook it when we have Korean food for dinner. It can also complement spicy dishes and goes well with just about any dishes. (more…)
